TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING
Access and browsing in this web site implies acceptance and knowledge of the legal warnings, terms and conditions of use contained therein. These are contained in the "General Terms and Conditions for Road Travel".
Acknowledging and acceptance of the online booking conditions implies the acceptance of general terms and conditions for air travel.
MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS
LIBRA MOTORS reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms on a continuous basis and continued use of this web site following any such changes shall constitute the user's acceptance of such changes.
CONTACT
A valid phone number, house/office address and e-mail address is required to secure your booking.
CREDIT CARDS
If you choose to pay online for your booking, a valid credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) must be used at reservation time.
IMPORTANT!!!
Payment authorization is done by an external process and LIBRA MOTORS is not responsible for using credit/debit cards that are not valid, or for their misuse. In case your online payment was not confirmed, you should address to the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.
DELIVERY METHOD
All LIBRA MOTORS routes are e-ticketing eligible. For the reservation paid online, the e-ticket is automatically issued and sent via e-mail to the address mentioned at the moment of reservation. You will receive also an e-mail confirmation for your reservation.
For the reservation paid at the agency, the e-ticket will be issued by the agency only after payment completion.
FARES
All fares (unrestricted and lowest fares) are applicable for transportation from departure to arrival airport according to the route indicated by the carrier and they include the taxes. The advertised fares may vary according to the variation of the exchange rate and / or transportation taxes. Reduced fares may be applied for children.
SEAT RESERVATION
Seat preferences cannot be guaranteed. In case you do not specify a seat position, the seats for all passengers will be automatically selected based on the best seats and adjacent to the primary passenger, if possible.
TIMETABLE
Schedules are subject to government approval and to modification without prior notice.
RESERVATION
The reservation and payment must be done at least 12 hours before departure for online payment. PLEASE NOTE that online reservation without payment is valid for only 30minutes after which it automatically cancels the reservation.
If you choose to pay cash at any LIBRA MOTORS terminals, reservation must be made not more than 72hours before departure.
User confirms and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years of age and possesses the legal right capacity and ability to enter into the agreement with LIBRA MOTORS to which these terms apply and to use this web site in accordance with these terms. User agrees to be financially responsible for all use of this web site. User may not allow other persons to make reservations under user's name or account.
The reservations feature of this web site is provided solely to permit user to determine the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purposes. Without limitation, user shall not make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or any reservations in anticipation of demand. User agrees that the reservations facilities of this web site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations for user and for the accompanying persons. User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes arising out of the use of this web site.
LIBRA MOTORS cannot be hold responsible for mistakes arising from an end user wrong inputs or typing mistakes that could lead to wrong reservations including mistakes generated by wrong usage of 'back' and 'forward' options from browser.
LIBRA MOTORS reserves the right to immediately cancel and without further notification all bookings that could bear the suspicion of fraud or generated by abusive usage of the bookings engine.
PAYMENT
The ticket booked with LIBRA MOTORS online can be instantly purchased online using a credit/debit card; alternatively one can pay cash at a LIBRA MOTORS terminal, but no later than 30minutes following the completion of your online booking.
If you choose to purchase online using credit/debit card, full payment will be deducted from your credit card at purchase time. If you choose to pay cash at one of our terminal, the payment must be made immediately or within 30mins of the online reservation and if not paid for at the end of this period of time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled by the bookings engine. You will be debited for all named persons contained in the reservation where booking is sucessful.
For credit cards issued in other currencies than the NAIRA, cardholders will incur fees charged by the issuing banks and any difference resulting from the performed exchange, also from the issuing bank, LIBRA MOTORS Company having no knowledge or control about the exchange rates used by the issuing banks.
In case of offline payment, the confirmation of the amount of payment generated automatically by the system is valid if payment and ticket release are made in Naira.
In case the passenger requests the offline payment in other currency other than Naira, the amount to be paid will be obtained by recalculating the booking in desired currency, and the differences in the currency exchange will be supported by the client.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
All online bookings are final and cannot be cancelled. However, If you want to modify your trip or change your trip details after ticket purchasing and after the booking session has been closed, please contact the LIBRA MOTORS office located in the city of your departure.
